Our experience at the Barceló Marine Boa Vista was very positive. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. Daily housekeeping was excellent, ensuring the room was kept spotless and well stocked each day. The air conditioning operated continuously and worked very effectively, which was particularly welcome in the warm climate. We also found the hotel to be exceptionally peaceful, with very little outside noise, allowing for a relaxing and restful stay. During our holiday, we experienced a couple of minor maintenance issues, including a flickering light and a drainage problem in the shower room. However, these were reported to reception and dealt with immediately. The response was prompt and professional, and the issues were resolved quickly with minimal inconvenience. Overall, we were very impressed with the standard of accommodation, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the efficiency of the staff. Their attention to guest comfort and willingness to address any concerns helped make our stay an enjoyable one.

Wir waren August September dort alter 64/63 die hotelanlage war sehr schön auch die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, was allerdings nicht so gut war ist das es für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität nicht geeignet ist dies stand oder steht auch nicht in der Hotel Beschreibung. Was das essen betrifft ist es mir noch nie schwer gefallen etwas zu essen zufrieden aber dort ist es mir sehr schwer gefallen es ist aber auch Geschmack Sache, der Strand war auch nicht so toll um ins Wasser zu gehen waren sehr viele Steine im Weg. Wir haben aus den 10 Tagen das beste draus gemacht

Staff very helpful and friendly place was very clean

The area on were my room was, the bugs in and out of room. The lack of cleanliness.

The accommodation was very clean and confortable but some of the rooms at a lower level suffered cockroaches and rodents if I was stayingbin one of those I would have been terrified and need to move hotels.
