Only issue was the lifts were very unreliable. With 12 floors this was a problem. We saw many people struggling on the stairs.

Only 2 lifts out of 6 working and sometimes neither of those were working and we were on the 8th floor. Food on buffet was never hot, back up bowl of food was always out too early so was Luke warm food on a regular basis.

Dated hotel. A lot of room for improvement. Food was sub standard. Floors falling apart in rooms (substandard laminate flooring). Infestation of cockroachs in the room coming through the air vents. Beds unusually hard. Staff where a positive point, helpful. Pool clean and tidy.
