    Pleasant enough but pool and surrounding area not big enough for the size of the hotel

    There were lots of tiles missing in the pool dangerous for the cutting of feet. Room was clean and nice. Animation was non existent. All inclusive band was taken off at check out even though we had none on our first day due to late flights. The reception were not interested in the problem and neither was tui on your app

    “Fajny pobyt, naprawdę doby hotel”

    Hotel świetnie zlokalizowany, blisko oceanu, plaży otwartej, plaży z naturalnymi basenami i miejscem do skakania, basenami płatnymi, promenady, centrum handlowego itp. Jedzenie bardzo zróżnicowane, kilka rodzajów mięs i ryb, zawsze coś z grilla, zawsze paella w różnym wydaniu, na kolację - zarówno ciepłe dania jak i pieczywo, sery itp, śniadania codziennie takie same ale też różnorodne - jajecznica, sadzone, jaja na twardo, kilka rodzajów mleka, dla dzieci gofry, pankejki, nuggetsy itp dodatkowo codziennie stoisko tematyczne - sushi, wrapy, lokalne przysmaki itp oraz lody, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, stoły sprzatane na bieżąco, jedzenie dokładane cały czas, pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Szkoda, że w pokoju nie było czajnika, innywch wad nie zauważyłem.

    It stated there was air con, not one bit of air was efficient, our room was boiling hot, the entertainment was non existent possibly a solo singer might turn up at 9:30 pm, the food was not the best, my partner attempted to have salmon one evening, there were bones everywhere not safe to eat at all, the food was very sloppy overall, we ate out after the first evening. You should ve made aware on arrival that the pool area does not open til 10am which is fine but should really inform you at check in. The hotel was clean, rooms as stated just for us the let down was poor air con, poor entertainment & poor food.
