    The 1st room 774 bungalow was dirty and smelled full of cobwebs and spiders we were moved into the hotel 204 and this room was clean

    Rooms were not as advertised although room was okay but not as nice as the picture on Tui website which was a let down! Hotel was nice staff very friendly.

    The beds were horrendous. So hard and far too low. Though to be fair to the staff i asked for my bed to be highered as im disabled and couldnt get out of it and they did it immediately. The cleaner was a bit sloppy, didnt move bottles etc in the bathroom. No sheet change all week.

    horrible experience with some staff, rooms inadequate and not like advertised, dining experience very poor but not due to servers but hotel management letting passers by come in at same time as holiday makers which made it awful. entertainment team not welcoming and only stay around pool but other guests who like the sea didnt even see them around the hotel and we went to talk to them and the girl and one boy just walked away without interacting
