The accommodation was acceptable however did not reflect the star status as advertised, vaiety of the menu was poor, food was obviously recycled from breckfast to lunch to dinner, coffee machines were switched off at lunch and dinner. Comfort in the rooms was not up to advertised standard, beds were uncomfortable although cleaning team did keep rooms cleaned daily. Positives were that kids facilities were good, just overall felt hotel was more akin to 3 or 3 1/2 as oposed to advertised 4 1/2 star. Tui app and notifications were helpfull addition from last time we traveled.

Restaurant needs to have an adult section where there are no screaming children likewise families need to have their own section. Entertainment was abysmal for adults. Children running all over the front of the stage when adult entertainment was on.

Our 1st room was horrific, made me want to cry. It’s was dirty, no beds made, not enough towels and the balcony had no view as is directly behind a large triangular window, so was like being in a prison. (Room 130) however the hotel did accommodate moving us when we complained.
