    Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen ! Aber für das Preis Leistungsvehältnis ok ! Die Betten waren extrem hart und unbequem !

    “Cudowne wakacje z chwila grozy”

    Fajne miejsce, cudowna obsługa, nienachalna a uśmiechnięta. Hotel jest po remoncie w egipskim stylu. Jedzenie nie dla wszystkich ale super baseny i świetny aquapark

    We started our holiday in Room 372 which had a balcony and overlooked the carpark of the Calimera Hotel. On the 12th of August midway through our holiday we received a letter under our room door stating the hotel needed to move us from our room as the bath was leaking through to the underneath room and they needed to repair the leak, which would be a big job. We obliged, and moved to a different room, Room 468, which didn't have a balcony, and overlooked the pool area. We told the hotel reception that we had booked a room with a garden view, but we were told there were no other rooms available, and we couldn't stay in our room due to the leak. Two days later, we walked past Room 372 on our way to the beach to see guest items on the balcony, and during our final week, we have seen hotel guests sat outside on the balcony? I spoke with the hotel reception staff about being moved out of our room, but they didn't understand English, so we ended up seeing out the remainder of our holiday in a room that we feel was inferior to our initial room, and it didn't meet what we had paid for through Tui. Also, if they had been able to repair the leak in room 372 so quickly then we should have been given our room back, and it definitely shouldn't have been given to other guests. It even makes me wonder whether the leaky bath was just an excuse just to force us to vacant the room for other guests?
