We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and always highly recommended it but, this time it became apparent that small things are slipping in quality. For example, no toiletries in the room, had to log an issue about the cleaner not cleaning properly, even though we are a very clean couple, even the basics were not being covered. There were issues with electrical ports and a very loose toilet seat that were both reported but unresolved. The rep repeatedly asked for them to be be addressed but unfortunately, this wasn't attended to during our 2 week stay

Hotel and room was very clean, staff were all very helpful and polite. Food was ok but we did eat out a few times and the drinks weren't great but it didn't ruin our holiday. Location was good but sunbeds were hard to get if you like the sun all day.

Staff five star specialy Alex at relax pool. Nothing was to much trouble 10/10. Also Young waiter at main pool excellent. Only slightl criticism food could be hotter.

Overall, the cleanliness of the accommodation was great, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, there were a couple of things that really let the holiday down. The entertainment started very late at night, which wasn’t ideal. More importantly, my partner had an accident at the adult pool after slipping and cutting his toe on an exposed/broken area of tiling. The injury was serious enough that we had to attend hospital, where he required stitches. This had a major impact on the rest of our holiday, as his injury meant we were unable to fully enjoy the facilities and activities we had planned. What was particularly disappointing and concerning was that the issue that caused his injury did not appear to have been properly fixed afterwards, despite the accident being reported. It was a real shame, as we had otherwise been enjoying the hotel, but the accident and the way the hazard was dealt with significantly affected our overall experience.
