    The food was awful all 4 of us on the holiday was ill with a sickness bug, sheets in the room were only changed when we asked them to be, cleaners sometimes didn’t get to the room until 4pm, the drinks at the hotel were also terrible we had to buy selected drinks in the hotel, my youngest child who’s 9 years old has recently finished 4 years of intense chemotherapy, after reading the reviews on the hotel I rang tui, told them my issue and asked to see if could move hotels the answer was no so we stayed with the same one and had all the issues as stated above wich then ruined a family holiday that we paid in total over £4000 for. Overall very displeased with our stay and will never return to the hotel.

    The advertised waterpark was not as described - my son described it as anticlimactic! There was not the ability to swim at the waterpark, meaning you could only use the 4/5 slides available

    Over crowded, lack of staff in areas, dinner was a Mass of people and queues along with The bars. Put in an outbuilding block which was unclean and shabby. Hotel is not a 4 star and needs attention to detail with Furniture, fixings fences gates etc

    The rooms were very shabby, with very small double bed - if that. The sheets used on our bed were singles used sideways and therefore did not fit. The bed was not properly made up when the room was done each day, but the top cover was just pulled up without the bottom sheet being straightened or the pillow being 'plumped'. It was, however, useful to have a separate room for the children. The bathroom was also shabby, and cleaning was not thorough - floor around the wash basin felt 'grainy' as if not swept or wiped properly. Sun beds were all very worn and there were not enough. The food at the a la carte was of very poor quality, and there was not much variety of fruit (apples, pears, oranges and sometimes plums). We often had to clear plates away ourselves whilst staff were talking or on phones.
