Although the accommodation looks very nice and is nice to look at. There is far too many trees in the complex causing a lot of shadows and an extreme amount of bird droppings/guano all over the balconies, grounds, handrails and on clothes when drying in the balcony. The cleaners attended the rooms every 2nd day however due to the amount of trees which where the birds/pigeons fly/nest I feel the cleaners need to clean every day especially with all the bird droppings and feathers that are everywhere... the dust/dirt flies about due to Lanzarote being breezy. We also couldn't leave balcony doors open at any point as the pigeons would fly/enter the room. Also, eating in the balcony was an absolute NO, again, due to being pestered/hounded by birds/pigeons..

We arrived a day late due to delayed flight and was told our apartment was given away because they thought we weren’t coming not coming. We needed a ground floor apartment and had to have an upstairs apartment until they could sort a ground floor for us.

Big notice do not feed cats in Hote. And Hotel woman life guard feeding stray cat in hotel ground pick cat up and taking it around pool and showing as other guests.Should not be happening.

Location is ideal and lovely apartment

It was what we needed, the staff were helpful. We however didn’t have any cleaning equipment and so couldn’t wash dishes etc, and the cleaners didn’t wash them out replace any dirty towels etc
