    A very good 3 star hotel some aspects should be 4 star (ie food excellent), but some areas could be better ie leaving dirty sheets/towels in common areas in each annexe to be collected the following day and used glasses. They should be put in a central location out of sight of visitors. Made common areas look unclean

    The accommodation did not have a fridge or kettle in the room. There were dirty cups and plates, laundry and swimming paraphernalia in the halls. There was no lift to gain access to our room. The hotel was poorly laid out and we were far away from everything. The restaurant was more of a cafeteria that had long queues and very rude other guests cutting in line. The single pool bar was always a long queue and created a bottleneck for the path. My partner experienced food poisoning from the hotel. The beds weren’t comfortable and the tv didn’t work.

    The hotel check in process was a bit confusing as I was asked if we had already paid or not & then asked to email them proof of my TUi booking. We later realised it was a mainly Croatian hotel so I'm assuming some people would pay on arrival. However, I would have thought that the reception could have a better system to check people's bookings to see if they had paid to avoid any confusion or offence. Other than that the rest of the holiday was great & hotel staff were mostly very friendly & helpful.
