    “Ein Urlaub, der die Sinne berührt”

    Tolles Hotel. Tolles Team. Auch wie immer bei Tui in besten Händen. Eine Auszeit zum Entspannen. Es war rundum alles perfekt.

    From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail really stood out. On arrival, our first room was lovely but, for us, it felt a little small for the length of our stay. We chose to upgrade to one of the suites, and we were so pleased that we did — it completely transformed the experience and was one of the highlights of our stay. Our suite was beautifully designed, incredibly high-tech and had the most amazing position overlooking the sea. The bi-fold doors opened completely onto the balcony, which had its own double sunbed as well as chairs — the perfect place to sit and enjoy the view. Inside, the suite had so many thoughtful touches. We loved the sliding seclusion doors which allowed different areas of the suite to be separated when required, as well as the walk-in wardrobe. The Bang & Olufsen sound system, air diffuser and Molton Brown toiletries were lovely touches that added to the feeling of luxury and made the room feel much more than just a hotel room. We also loved the quirky ornaments and interesting pieces scattered around the property. They gave Bohemia a real personality and made exploring the hotel feel like discovering little details everywhere you went. It has a very individual character rather than feeling like a standard luxury resort. One of the hotel’s standout features is the external glass lift, which takes you up to the rooftop bar. The views from up there are fantastic and it’s a lovely feature of the hotel. One small issue we did notice, however, was that people from outside the hotel were coming up simply to take photographs and, at times, this left hotel residents without seating. Perhaps a system to prioritise hotel guests during busy periods would help preserve the experience for those staying at the hotel. The fine dining was another highlight. The food, presentation and overall experience made our evenings something to look forward to, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. The lunchtime food options were plentiful, with plenty of choice and something to suit everyone. Our only suggestion would be to consider opening the lunch service from 12pm rather than 1pm, particularly for guests who like to have an earlier lunch before spending the afternoon around the pool. Around the pool, we never had any problems getting sunbeds, which made relaxing completely stress-free. Fresh towels were provided daily and everything was beautifully maintained. I’d also definitely recommend making use of the spa during your stay. We had reflexology, which was wonderful and the perfect way to completely unwind.

    “Seht erholsamer Urlaub”

    Im Hotel war alles sehr sauber. Das Zimmer mit viel Platz. Wir hatten die Juniorsuite. Alles wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Personal war extrem freundlich. Der Checkin erfolgte an der Poolbar mit einem Willkommensgetränk. Das Panoramarestaurant im 8. Stock bot eine herrliche Aussicht. Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht, aber da blieben keine Wünsche offen. Die warmen Speisen wurden alle frisch zubereitet. Ob Crepes, Omelett oder span. Omelett. Alles megalecker.

    “Luxuriöse Wohlfühlatmosphere”

    Absolut atemberaubender Aufenthalt, das ist ehrlich gesagt das, wonach Sie suchen, wenn Sie Luxus, keine Kinder und großartigen Service sowie ein Restaurant/eine Skybar möchten! Großartiges Spa und wunderbare Einrichtungen! Ein Muss, wenn man in Playa del Inglés ist.
