    The Hotel Staff were always very helpful and friendly. The location was stunning beautiful. The hotel however was in serious need of refurbishment. We found the standards of our hotel well below expectations we expected from a TUI package. Having been a loyal TUI customer for several years this is the worst hotel room we have stayed at. I have raised a formal complaint on this subject.

    The destination is beautiful. The beach is beautiful and clean and the recent update was great. The pool is lovely however does need a few more umbrellas round the actual pool to allow people to have the option of shade. There are some on the grass but only 1 round the pools The actual accommodation / bathroom was mouldy in lots of places. Drainage is a big issue in the bathroom / shower. Someone else’s hair on the wall still in the shower on arrival. It is definitely ready for an update which I believe is coming August / September. The rooms were not very clean on arrival, we had dead bugs in the corner of the room. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Our air-con system wasn’t working properly which again should be upgraded with the refurb. The curtains were not sufficient and let a lot of light in first thing in the morning. The electric goes off when you leave the room which is not ideal because if you want to charge something it won’t charge up unless you are in the room and the drinks in the fridge will not cool down. We were not given water on our last night which a little disappointing but there was no shortage of bottles / drinks on site. The food was ok, plenty of variety each day and was fresh. My only problem is the way the buffet is set out, it needs to be moved around to make it more efficient for example deserts and the salads swapped around. All the staff were really friendly and approachable. For the price we got the holiday for it was over all very good and we got what we paid for. I would go again after the well needed refurb.

    Apart from the beautiful blue flag sea and beach area which we would give it a five star plus the hotel is three star and the food one star if that.
