Amazing hotel. Stayed at this hotel 3 times since it’s refurbishment in may 2024. Love it so much.

Very good adults hotel Clean, most staff friendly and helpful. Comfy beds , quiet room. Food very good, drinks a bit pricy. We had an issue with the aircon it stopped working on day two it did get resolved after around an hour. The aircon units should be cleaned in between visitors this one was very dirty. We chose not to have our room cleaned every day. Half way through the week we wanted it refreshed was a bit dissatisfied that the floors were not swept. As there was some sand and debris from the air con being repaired. We would have swept it ourselves if there was a dustpan and brush in the room. This was only minor not worth complaining about.

Beautiful, modern and very very clean

Unfortunately when checking in our room wasn’t ready but that’s as we had an early flight so was to be expected. However the gentleman was lovely explaining how things worked we left our suitcases in the luggage room and off we went for a look around. The accommodation was in a perfect location. It was very spacious and in excellent condition no sign of wear and tear. Beds were comfortable for a great nights sleep with air-con that wasn’t too noisy. The bathroom was very nice with a powerful shower that was hot no matter what time of the day you used it. There was a TV in both rooms not that we used it. The maid came every day cleaned and mopped the floors it was spotless. The pool area was nice good choice of sun loungers you could always get one no matter what time it was. Also the pool attendant lady was very helpful as spotted I was having trouble getting in due to an injury and offered to help. That’s the only complaint I have there could be a rail to get in at one side. Pool bar had a good selection of drinks and staff were always nice. Food was also good we were half board breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice. The half board works as you have wrist ban with €35 a day to use from 12-10pm if you use it all you have to pay the rest on card. There is a menu which is reasonably priced the food it is cooked when orders which is good so always fresh and hot. Viktor, Paula and the rest of the staff were lovely nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend the adult only Caramelo Marina hotel.

Peaceful, plenty of sunbeds all day long, nice breakfast and good offer in restaurant for drinks and food
