    Well we had to do 3 flights of stairs...my partner had had a new hip in may so was a struggle...had 2 fire alarms going off one at 3.10am and the other 4.50am...no structure or safety proceed just told to leave the building all of standing outside wondering what the is going on...no one turned up no one told us anything. Had phones calls to our room at 10.45pm trying to sell us a time share we were both asleep it's a joke avoid this place big time...

    Very good clean accommodation, we opted for the upgraded accommodation and we where not disappointed, space was great and the extra living space worked well as we had been there for 21 days

    1-\tDrug Den. This hotel is a Drugs Den, some of staff and their approved venders kept approaching us daily and asking if we would like to buy Coke and Cannabis, the hotel smelt awful and unbelievably unpleasant. We felt uncomfortable and made many complains but without any luck. 2-\tMissed sold Holiday We have been missed sold this holiday by TUI because we have booked an All-inclusive Beach Holiday, but we haven’t got either. The beach was closed a month before our arrival and was still closed after we left the hotel on 7th October. We have had no communication from you advising us the beach was closed otherwise we would change the hotel to another one. How can it be all inclusive if we had to buy our own water from the supermarket? We have had no water to drink in our room, and the hotel staff did not provide us with any water at all even after complaining so many times. They gave us an empty glass bottle so we can go to the end of the building to fill it from a hole in the wall 20 times a day, the water tasted and smelt vile. We had to buy 7 x 5L of water to drink and take with us everywhere. Please see attached photos. 3-\tFacilities You have failed to disclose that the hotel has no lift in any of the building which has caused serious problem to my husband bad back climbing the stairs. Our request to have a ground floor room has been refused and we have been asked to pay extra $1300 to change the room to a ground floor room. The staff in the restaurants refused to provide us with any alcoholic drink while dining at the al cate restaurants and asked us to go to the outside bar and bring it by ourselves. The Wifi was not working and couldn’t even open a page on our phones and laptops. The Hygiene in this hotel was extremely poor, the staff keep handling food from one station to the other. The staff in the restaurants kept asking us to keep the same knife and fork for all the courses 4-\tReps Your rep has not shown up all the time we were there, and his manager had to send someone else from another hotel to cover for him for one day which we had met and informed about all the problems we have had. 5-\tRoom The room was a health and safety hazard and absolutely appalling please see attached photos. On these bases and the fact of you has miss sold us this holiday, we require a full refund!
