Family run hotel they're very good and try to find answers to everyone who has a problem

Nice hotel and staff

My accommodation experience was disappointing. Although I have stayed at the Chrystalla previously and had good experiences, the standard has clearly declined. Our room was not well maintained, with a cracked shower screen and a cracked balcony door. We also felt that the air conditioning seemed to affect us, as it appeared to make us cough while using it, which made it uncomfortable to have on. The pool area did not appear to be kept particularly clean, with overflowing rubbish bags visible nearby, which was unpleasant. The biggest concern was the evening food, where I saw flies crawling on some of the dishes, making me question the hygiene standards. Overall, the accommodation did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay there again.

Perfectly located hotel. The staff work hard and are helpful and the rooms are clean and spacious
