Good location close to beach and all resort amenities. Bathrooms are small and showers especially so.

Nice & central, great staff but could do with a makeover

Although clean, room very small, not much storage space for clothing, shower old fashioned with dubious stains in the shower tray-probably due to age. Lack of electrical sockets, and unusual to be without tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Hotel checking in process long, due to everything having to be done via computer. Hotel part of a successful chain, but in need of updating.

I wrote to the hotel before hand, twice regarding aircon prices, half board arrangement etc and received no response. The air con was €9 per night per room, no tea making facilities purchased separately at a cost of €19. The half board menu only have two meals for vegetarians so had to alternate between the two each night, meal times were 2pm - 7pm a rush if we were out all day. Only one starter ( salad) for everyone in the room couldn’t choose individually, needed to purchase water at the table not offered with meal, only yogurt or watermelon for dessert every night. When using the shower it floods the bathroom so we needed to clean that up everytime someone used it. A drink (€3) had been added to our room which wasn’t ours and eventually the manager said we didn’t need to pay for , however I think we were kept in the conversation too long at reception whilst they worked out how their internal processes had allowed this to happen .

Shame there was extra charge for air conditioning
