Great hotel lovely people, nothing to complain about

Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, variety of tasty food, lively staff, proximity to ru Ed and town good.

We had a very enjoyable stay overall and returned home feeling genuinely restored. The hotel is located in a gorgeous area facing the mountains, with big beautiful pools and a lovely promenade that makes everything very easy to navigate. The peloid spa and the north side ferry are only minutes away, and downtown is easily reachable by a relaxed walk along the promenade by the river. The location also provides easy access to the mosque, ferries, Lycian rock tombs, public buses, local boats, markets, and restaurants, making it an excellent base for exploring the region, river, beaches, and local culture. A special thank you goes to the hotel staff, who were consistently friendly, approachable, hardworking, and supportive throughout our stay. We especially appreciated how responsive they were when we raised concerns politely, and their attitude made a real positive difference to the holiday experience. The accommodation overall was clean and comfortable, and the food and drinks were very enjoyable. There are however a few areas where improvements could further enhance guest comfort. Sound insulation between rooms could be improved, as noise travels quite easily. It may also help to better separate quieter adult/couple areas from spaces used more heavily by families with very young children. The “no towel reservation” policy around the pool also needs stronger enforcement. On several days many sunbeds remained occupied only by towels for long periods despite nobody using them, making it difficult for other guests to find seating. We also noticed some hygiene concerns around the jacuzzi, including children still wearing nappies entering the water, which should probably be monitored more carefully. Despite these points, we genuinely enjoyed our stay, loved the atmosphere of the area, and appreciated the kindness of the local people and hotel staff very much.

Club Alla Turca is a lovely hotel with beautiful grounds and surroundings. We were HB as I'm coeliac, but the breakfast is really good
