As above Dirty and shabby and never properly cleaned

The hotel & rooms are dated and in real need of upgrading. They are clean but very tatty, in what could be and probably was a very lovely hotel. We had 3 days without hot water, I didn't complain which is down to me. The staff are very good & the location has a lot going for it. Breakfast was a good selection and tasty. We made the best of our holiday and enjoyed ourselves AND would stay here again if it's given a bit of attention.

The photos online were not the same as the rooms provided we requested 2bedroom apartments but the hotel only had 1 bedroom apartments Requested ground floor due to disabilitys, we were put on 3rd floor but they did move us after complaining. Was not told the hotel was cashless and had to put money on hotels card to spend at the bar for drinks and snacks, these were overpriced and ended up spending more money than needed, No entertainment in the nights and music went on until 1am Very little kids clubs maybe once a day for 20 minutes Staff were rude at the bar area, When handing the key back on last day, not once did anyone ask us if we enjoyed our trip or thanked us for choosing to stay there. Would not return to this hotel.

Rooms where horrible and dirty on arrival, no ceiling in the bathroom, wet stains all over the sofa, reception staff where rude and not helpful took 2 days to get moved
