    “Jandía Princess Fuerteventura”

    Unser Urlaub im Jandía Princess auf Fuerteventura war insgesamt sehr angenehm und erholsam. Vom ersten Tag an haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Die Hotelanlage ist schön gestaltet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders die Lage direkt am Meer und die schöne Aussicht haben uns sehr gefallen. Der Ablauf unseres Urlaubs war durchweg entspannt. Wir konnten die Tage am Pool und am Strand genießen, haben aber auch die Insel erkundet und einige Ausflüge unternommen. Dadurch hatten wir eine schöne Mischung aus Erholung und Unternehmungen. Das Essen und die Auswahl im Hotel waren gut und auch mit dem Service waren wir insgesamt zufrieden. Natürlich gibt es hier und da Kleinigkeiten, die man verbessern könnte, diese haben unseren Urlaub aber nicht wirklich beeinträchtigt. Alles in allem hatten wir im Jandía Princess eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden den Urlaub insgesamt als sehr angenehm und erholsam bewerten.

    We have stayed at Princess Hotels on several occasions over the years and have always had positive experiences, which is why we chose the Jandia Princess in Fuerteventura. Unfortunately, this stay fell well below the standard we have come to expect from a 4-star Princess resort. The hotel itself feels very dated and in need of refurbishment. In the sports bar, there were leaks coming through the roof, with towels placed on the floor to soak up the water. The ceiling was stained with damp patches, which did not create a good impression. We booked two family rooms, and both had very poor air conditioning. Even when set to maximum cooling, very little air seemed to come through the vents. This made the rooms uncomfortable at night and affected the quality of our sleep. The food was another disappointment. While there was some variation in the meat dishes, the overall offering felt very repetitive. The same pizza and pasta options were available every day, and after a few days there was very little to look forward to at mealtimes. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful, the drinks were good, and the hotel grounds were kept very clean and well maintained. However, just outside the hotel entrance, around the bus stop and taxi area, there was a significant amount of litter and rubbish. It appeared to have been there for a long time, which detracted from the overall resort experience. I would not come back to this hotel or recommend it to anyone.
