The entertainment was excellent the rooms are a bit dated the pool is very hard to exit a few off us had difficulty getting out the treads are thin and the handed are low.too many steps from bar to pool and to stage for disability

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and found the accommodation comfortable and well located. Unfortunately, the toilet in our room broke on the first night and continuously flushed very loudly, which wasn't an ideal start to the holiday. However, I was really impressed with how quickly the issue was dealt with. I contacted TUI through the online chat service, and they contacted the hotel reception on my behalf straight away. A maintenance engineer arrived later that night, around 12:30am, and fixed the problem. Although it would have been nicer not to have had the issue in the first place, I really appreciated how efficiently both TUI and the hotel worked together to resolve it, allowing us to enjoy the rest of our holiday without any further problems.

Hotel oceniam jako dobry. Nie był to najwyższy standard, jednakże było czysto, obsługa miła i chętna do pomocy, a jak na 3 gwiazdkowy hotel jedzenie było bardzo dobre.
