    The hotel was disappointing in many aspects. Its general cleanliness was okay. The workers were pretty untidy around cleaning the rooms on the corridors where cables, Hoovers, bags were often left laid around and trip hazards. The hotel lacked any wow factor and was average at best. It seemed a little tired and a little rundown. The food choices were not great at all and anyone with intolerances like my wife would not be happy. She really struggled with the information given on the foods were either incorrect, misleading or missing. She was served on multiple occasions, food, and drinks that included intolerances she had, which did not end well. This was fed back to the hotel and no real action or explanation given. The hotel as a whole was massively disappointed, and for the first time ever. I was pleased to leave and get home which is a real shame.

    Excellent hotel. Plenty of food choices and eating options. Very friendly staff. Very clean throughout. Good room service. All facilities well maintained. Entertainment program could be a bit more varied but good none the less.

    There was a problem with hot water, the hotel were fantastic moved us, without hesitation gave an ala carte meal could not rate them enough
