The room was clean and the cleaning service was excellent but the double sofa bed in the living room wasn’t easy to collapse to enjoy the living room space so we found it in the way. Maybe a single sofa bed would be more suitable in the size room we had but a double was too much as it had to stay out and in the way the whole holiday. The restaurant was clean and the choice for breakfast was perfect, it does need a second coffee machine though and the milk in it needs topping up more regularly. The queue for the coffee machine would take a long time especially when it experienced errors when it kept running out of milk. Considering the number of guests, it needs a second coffee machine and more staff. The fruit juice wasn’t fresh each day, the pineapple and orange juice ended up going fizzy so it had gone off. I think they topped it up with more juice rather than cleaning it out as it went more and more fizzy. I didn’t want to complain as it was mostly only 1 member of staff on and she was very busy.

Rooms not cleaned very well. No bar service after 5pm. Food average, menu offer food awful. Pool tiles missing, my daughter cut 8 of her toes

The apartment was massive very clean and tidy. Everything you needed for a wonderful stay

Clean and spacious rooms

There’s everything you could need in the room, only had breakfast at the hotel but this was ok. No need to rush for a lounger as plenty any time of day. Only negative was the building work by the barcello hotel , they are demolishing it and noisy through the day . They do have Sundays off. Otherwise I couldn’t fault anything.
