It just wasn’t all that.. rooms were not nice beds horrible… the overall hotel is aged and not in great shape. Kids food not very good or described well… Fish/beef/pork that it.. room was in poor condition and outdated. Pool facilities were nice but the sunbeds were awful and old. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel based on facilities. Staff were great and kind.. they could be a bit more imaginative with the kids clubs and day time programmes… evening entertainment was ok.. but started only at 9:30… I feel this is not ideal for children who have been swimming all day to wait until late doe entertainment

The hotel was great for kids but not sure it is a 4*, the rooms were very dated and in new of a refresh. We couldn't get any wifi inside the room, just on the balcony. The restaurant was nice but the food was average. The bar area was very poor, we used it on the first night and didn't go back. The paths leading to the pool were covered in mud. The hotel has the potential to be 4 or 5 star but currently is 3*.

The hotel was fantastic. Great entertainment. Delicious food. Well looked after by staff. Cleaners were thorough and great. Fantastic holiday overall. Very friendly staff.

Really good location, 10 minute walk from faliraki center, the pools were fantastic and clean. Our room was a little bit run down and the kids beds weren’t comfortable but the main bed was luxurious. Very clean resort and felt very safe and relaxed there
