Die mit Teppichböden ausgestatteten Zimmer verfügen über ein Kingsizebett und ein Sofabett. Zustellbetten können angefordert werden. So smooth from start to finish. All staff was so polite and helpful, the hotel was clean, the cleaners were also very polite and helpful. Food and drinks were also amazing, no negatives on this hotel

Accommodation was good value for money. However a couple problems arose that were not dealt with. We purchased the dining plan, when we arrived we were given a leaflet that said our plan included two quick service meals per day, a snack, a drink and a refill mug, unfortunately when we tried to purchase a snack and the refill mug we were unable to as it wasn’t actually on our plan. I asked reception and they said he would contact TUI regarding our plan, but we heard nothing more about it. Another problem was that during the second week of our stay, the hotel block we were in was having some sort of building work done. This started at 9am everyday with no prior warning or apologies. I understand the hotel is open everyday of the year, but if we were told this upon booking the hotel, we would’ve had opportunity to make alternative arrangements. I mentioned this at reception to see if we could change to a different block at the hotel to be told someone would contact us but unfortunately we didn’t hear anything, again. Overall this made us feel disappointed in the customer service at the hotel.
