Immaculate. Extremely friendly staff, always willing to help and go that little bit further. Attention to detail is incredible. Love the mouse keeping and the little extras of mickey shaped towels, display of teddies etc. I was unable to lift money from the cash machines, meaning I was unable to leave the house keeping a tip. I tried to leave it by charging it to my room, however this was not an option. Something that would be very useful in the future as who really carries cash!

Great resort. Really handy having the skyliner to Hollywood Studios and Epcot plus buses to the other parks.

Cleaned every other day but that was only making the bed and cleaning the bathroom and changing the towels. Never hoovered the floor or done any dusting and by the looks of it the dusting hasn’t been done for weeks.

Excellent resort, magical and perfectly planned. Will 100% be going again and with TUI in 2028
