    Lovely welcome, great first impression, clean and tidy common areas and as advertised. Free upgrade appreciated so was the welcome message and goodies. Very small lift and large wait for it in busy periods (ended up carrying the pram down stairs with suitcases). Room good size, cleaning staff accomodating and professional, bed layout good once the staff made the twin into the double the following day (without us asking). However room carpet and upholstery could do with a clean (appreciate it was towards the end of the season), the kids pool extremely cold (we expected cold but not like that), food in the premium restaurant a little on the cool-warm side for majority of dishes however staff fantastic. Very accommodating for dairy allergy and generally very pleasant and interactive with our little girl. Clean and well maintained with an ok selection of food. Was surprised as it's the first hotel where all inclusive isn't available at all times e.g. between snack bar and restaurant opening times there wasn't any food. Also no dairy free ice lolly options .. they had two of the may contain of the same brand so we had to walk down the prom every time if our daughter wanted an ice lolly. The placement of the hotel is great, beachfront lovely and security staff friendly and professional. Kids club great and staff lovely.

    Had to ask for room to be cleaned on arrival, had to ask for tiolet roll daily, room not cleaned properly daily, food not good at all ,had to eat out daily, even though we were inclusive package.
