Hotel accommodation was very good and room service daily was great. The kitchenette was fine, although the crockery was a little scarce(only 1 saucer), bathroom was very good, except the shower screen allowed water all over the floor. Balcony was just right, so overall great accommodation.

The experience was okay. Check in was awkward especially with the early flight and transfer as there was no issue with ees and couldn't check in until closer to 3pm. Information about breakfast and dinner was given but not clear. Signage was non existent. Noise was ridiculous. Felt like there should of been information about nearby building work and dogs constantly barking nearby. Cleaning was okay but wasn't great in bathroom. Door card kept having problems

Studio, które wybraliśmy było drugą najtańszą opcją, a zupełnie się tego nie odczuło! Fantastyczne miejsce z aneksem kuchennym, który miał wszystko co było potrzebne, ogromne i wygodne łóżko, dużo punktów światła (lamp, lampek), balkonik z przepięknym widokiem (poprosiłam przez TUI o balkon z widokiem na ocean i dokładnie taki dostałam! A obok widok na wyspę- nocą zniewalający widok!!!). Jedzenie pyszne, a pracownicy mili i pomocni. Nie było z niczym problemów. Był również w hotelu basen, taras widokowy i inne udogodnienia. Polecam bardzo bo świetne miejsce w super cenie. Jedyne na co zwróciłabym uwagę to kwestie mobilności gości hotelowych. Hotel Mimosa jest na samej górze kompleksu hoteli Dorisol i trzeba podejść pod stromą górkę, żeby się tam dostać. Jest to troszkę męczące;) hotel oferuje darmową usługę podwiezienia gości na górę lub dół tej górki, jednak nie jest to usługa całodobowa. Tak czy inaczej nie mam żadnych zrzutów i polecam ten hotel!

We have stayed at the Dorisol Hotel chain since 2008 and have always been very happy with all aspects of the accommodation. It is well situated, being close to everything that you could possibly need whilst on holiday. The hotel itself is clean and we have always had sea views - the rooms have always been spotless, and the beds very comfortable: but above all the staff are in our opinion exceptional in all aspects. Over the years we have become very friendly with many of them. Although this is a 3* hotel, the staff are definately 5*,
