    Overall, hotel was clean, food was good and staff working really hard including bartenders, waiting staff and cleaners. Reception representative was rude to us when we asked for a late check out saying 'look how many people are waiting for a room'. My husband is partly disabled and uses crutches, and our return flight was at 2.30 in the morning. The receptionist did not even ask for our room number or checked what time was our flight - no help was offered. I also find disappointing, that for all inclusive holidays you still had to pay for example for a fresh orange juice, or after midnight for alcoholic drinks. The entertainment for adults was really poor, and main language spoken was German, hardly even translated to English. Even during kinds entertainment, there's was no translation at times so kinds didn't understand instructions given by entertainment team......

    “Hotel ist Top”

    Das Hotel ist top und der Strand auch. Alles sauber und Personal hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Das größte Problem ist die Lautstärke am Abend... also vor 22.30 uhr kommt man nicht zum schlafen ,das Nachbar Hotel gibt schon Gas mit der Lautstärke. Würde mit Kind wegen der Lautstärke nicht nochmal das Hotel buchen.

    We had a really enjoyable stay at Dream Fun World in Side, Turkey, and made some lovely memories as a family. We enjoyed the pools, food and facilities, and there was plenty to keep us entertained throughout our holiday. One thing we did find a little difficult was communicating with some of the staff. Although they were helpful, we found that speaking German sometimes worked better than English. I only speak basic German, so this could be a bit challenging at times and made it harder to communicate than we would have liked. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. With a little improvement in communication, our experience would have been even better.

    I honestly can’t say enough good things about this resort. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and looked after. The whole experience was fantastic, and the staff genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and enjoying their stay. The food was always hot, fresh and really well catered for, with plenty of choice throughout the day. There was something for everyone, and the quality and variety were excellent. You could tell a lot of effort went into making sure guests were well looked after. What really stood out for me, though, was the staff. They were friendly, helpful and incredibly attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you were happy. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and their attitude made such a difference to the overall experience. As a holiday overall, I honestly have to give it a 12/10! It was as close to perfect as I could have hoped for, and I came away feeling relaxed, happy and already thinking about when I can return. I would absolutely recommend this resort and would happily stay here again.
