    Staff great. Excellent service. Accommodation as expected although a king or super king instead of double bed would improve the experience.

    Dreams Las Mareas was a perfect hotel for our honeymoon! It was truly luxury :) The staff were excellent, the resort was extremely clean and well-maintained, and the food options were excellent!!

    This hotel caters for large groups (especially from the USA) who tend to take-over areas when tighter (i.e. the Bars, Restaurants). As a couple we felt marginalised. The world cafe (Buffet) food area is too small for the size of the hotel

    The accommodation was OK but needed some TLC. We were unable to sit around the pools because people were getting up very early and putting towels down so there was never any availability. Hotel staff did nothing to stop this from happening. On the one occasion we found a few free beds but there were no towels as people were not returning them but saving them to put on beds the following day. Again nothing was done about this. The food and staff were excellent. The music was so loud and you could not get away from it. If you want a quiet/relaxing holiday this is not the place to go. On one or two occasions the main buffet restaurant was shut without any notice and a buffet was set up outside on the lawn. We had room service on those occasions as it was too hot to sit outside. We had paid extra for premium seating as a birthday present for my husband. On our return flight we were told as we were about to take our seats that the inflight entertainment was not working. We had not received an email beforehand. We were told we could use economy seating as the flight was not full. If we had want to sit in economy we would not have paid the extra money to sit in Premium. This was not acceptable.
