    The hotel is very large I would recommend rooms in the club house there is a buggy service to the main building but you can walk. staying in the other rooms not so easy

    The rooms were basic not what we expected but the hotel was beautiful with hidden depths therefore I could put up wth the room. Food could have had a wider variety. Staff were so accommodating

    What we found strange no shuttle service to Bodrum town centre and the person organising the private hire Taxis was a conman.

    1. One bedroom was tatty, paper/paint coming off wall 2. Plug in bathroom sink stuck shut - had to use knife to open 3. Holes in net curtains 4. One electric socket loose 5. Bathroom shelf swollen where water had leaked 6. Patio furniture cheap and uncomfortable 7. No drawers in room 8. Too many guests for the dining and bar facilities. Not enough bar staff. Queuing for 10 minutes at the bar in the evening - the staff work hard but one bar person in the 24 hour bar is not enough in the evening. No waiter service. 9. Food nice but repetitive. In lots of cases, once a dish has run out it is not re filled. 10. Dining spaces extremely busy- can be difficult to get a table. 11. Reserving sun bed policy not enforced - reserved sunbeds with no one on them until the afternoon. 12. Shocking WiFi. Tried to resolved with Reception, they are aware of this. Overall the hotel was really clean - always someone tidying and cleaning. Starbucks a bonus!

    We booked for a family of 4 but the beds were meant for 3 only. We had to request an extra bed which didn’t make the room spacious. It would have been better if the hotel could think about beds while taking reservation for a family of 4.
