    I was travelling with my son and asked for a twin room, ie two single beds. The hotel told us our room was a twin, but it was a double bed with two quilts. The air conditioning was broken on several occasions during our holiday, and we had two scheduled power cuts. The food was poor overall, and the staff were generally surly and not overly helpful. The staff would not allow us to ask for tap water and made us pay 4.90 for a bottle which would have been less than 2 euro in the shops. On other tables for german visitors they provided carafes of tap water.

    We first used Tui to go to Eden Hotel in Rovinj 15 years ago booked for 7 nights tiold rep we weren't going home and stayed another week as it was so beautiful we have been back every year since sometimes with Tui sometimes independently but for us as ny husband is,now disabled this is a holiday we can still manage thank you Tui and Eden Hotel
