The hotel was clean and very comfortable but the food was always cold even arriving as soon as it opened which let the place down although tasty it wasn’t hot

The accommodation was very clean and the food was excellent although on the cold side. The hotel was situated about 800 yards from the centre

The food is not hot enough, just warm , my husband was EHO so he know temperature food should be kept at. 4 days before returning home the hotel ran out of draught beer. The swimming pools are freezing.

Hotwl itself wasnt ti bad the restaurant selt of sewage food luke warm including meat dishes flys and wasps all over the jams and food nothing covered we both jad diareah everytime we ate in the restaurant

Our accommodation was beautiful! The room & whole of the complex was very clean. Ekati Mare is beautifully decorated with a smart classy beige look throughout the main buildings & rooms. The beds were spacious & comfy. The shower & washing facilities in great condition. Even the outside stairs & floors were extremely clean & lovely looking. The staff cleaned the facilities dailey & always looked fresh. Our room was cleaned everyday & supplied fresh towels, toilet roll & coffee/teas were topped up dailey. We had a safe in the room for valuables, that was a lovely touch. Lovely lighting that made the room glow, perfect small balcony and a television too. The sink was very boutique looking as it was in our room & not in the bathroom, but gave the room a sense of quirkiness. The food was OUTSTANDING lots of variety & themed nights! The restaurant clean & classy. The pool bar was wonderful, great decor again and provided many delicious cocktails, snacks & drinks. The evening entertainment was amazing! Leo the entertainer made our holiday amazing! Every night he was bringing the energy, a very talented man! So many of us had so much fun, he did quizzes, karaoke,bingo all prizes were fantastic! The pool side was beautiful, no fighting or reserving sunbeds, lovely chilled music by the pool, very comfy sun lounges. The private beach/beach bar also very good! Lovely big sunbeds, hammock, everything you need! The best part was the staff & entertainment, they really make this place. They’re friendly, great attitude,positive and very helpful. We loved our accommodation & the whole hotel. We will be returning. Overall 10/10 to EKATI MARE
