Just a really lovely hotel.

During our stay we had to change rooms 3 times, I requested a balcony room whilst booking this holiday over the phone but ended up with a terrace room with view of a wall and covered by trees, I asked reception for a possible change and they were very accommodating and managed to provide a new room with a balcony. The new room air-con unfortunately broke which caused the room to be extremely hot and unbearable, management immediately got us changed to a new room and I couldn’t thank the staff enough for how accommodating they were the manager Dawn was lovely and very understanding. We even got a free massage as an apology which we highly appreciated. I would definitely go back to this hotel and stay again

The location was very poor as it is in a very run down location. Not much options for vegetarians, we were plaqued with wasp at every meal. I feel it needs more inside dinning to hopefully stop that from happening. The entertainment team are lovely, but Bingo 3 nights a week is not necessary.

The accommodation was much better than expected, a beautiful resort, well kept, and not overbooked. The private beach at ekati mare is the gem of the whole experience- comfortable, beautiful, never too full, relaxing with a great beach bar/lounge, EXCELLENT food, great service, clean, and best of all- beach cat.

We upgraded to a swim up room and thought it would be private and quiet for couples but it was full of kids splashing and soaking our terrace. Room itself was lovely apart from first 2 days the air conditioning would not work and had to get reception to come and reset it!
