Hotel staff are very friendly and help with your questions and concerns but it felt like after 3 days of being there they prioritised new guests more than others, the first 3 days we was offered drinks with our dinner time meal but after them 3 days we wasn’t offered any drinks unless you caught their attention.

Although the accommodation was satisfactory, the feral cats seem to have a free rein through the hotel, including the dining room, which is extremely unhygienic, I doubt very much whether the cats have been treated for flees and tics? Whilst eating my meals I should not have to repel cats from trying to access food from the table. The food for every meal was also lukewarm, and had to be placed in the microwave.
