    Restaurant Staff a bit rude, looks like they're understaffed and people working too hard so feeling fed up. I felt as not really welcomed and disturbing them while they work. Very often No plates and no cutlery on tables and even at supply points, waiting 20min at the table to get served. The atmosphere not nice, didn't feel comfortable as a guest in that hotel. It has high score rank but earned few years ago, for now doesn't match it. Quite often empty food platters and nobody to ask to refill them or to do it themselves (nobody keeps an eye on them platters). The food in general was not really tasty, uneatable vegetables. Expected a bit more when compared to 3* hotels from my last year experience in Mallorca. Not satisfied at all after this trip, feel like wasted my time and money. Won't recommend that hotel to anyone.

    The main complaint being that we had a cockroach in our bed that ran across my chest at circa11pm It then hit the headboard & disappeared under the head of the bed I pushed the bed out & hit it with my trainer We reported this to reception (room 252 - logged) who then arranged to replace all the bedding at midnight We were extremely disappointed not expecting this from a 4* hotel Sunbeds were all towelled out by 8am did not get a sunbed over the whole holiday Entertainment was all French / Spanish driven the classes did not tally with the large TV information screen

    It was a lovely hotel. Great location and great facilities. Animation team were superb. Pool bar staff were great. Cleaning was great. Very comfortable and had what we needed.
