    The hotel was ok on arrival the checking in was quick and freshly.The room was tidy but needs up dating and it was visited every day by a cleaner.We had two sachets of coffee in the room and it was never replaced we had to ask at the restaurant if we wanted more we had coffee pods but no machine to use them.The restaurant was clean and tidy the food was presentable but it was the same every day which got a bit boring for ten days so we did eat out some evenings.The staff in the restaurant where ok but some were not very friendly didn't interact with the customers.The pool area was clean abd tidy with enough sunbeds and the grounds were kept lovely.The only problem is there was only one toilet which was in reception so you had a bit of a journey especially if you were using the beach.The hotel had a lot of elderly there so you you can imagine the challenge they had to access the toilet especially in the dark while enjoying the entertainment.The pool bar was good and the staff where amazing they had a small snack bar which you ask for not alot of choice but it was ok.The hotel is self-catering and all inclusive which we felt we didn't have the all inclusive experience it was like we had to ask for everything.We understand the they had to separate the self catering from all inclusive but we felt it was not expectiable for the price we paid..

    Hotel is well kept by hardworking cleaning team, who are always friendly and courteous. The reception team are fantastic and do everything to help improve your stay. The bar and restaurant staff are brilliant and the food was always top notch. The building itself does need attention in the drainage department as the drains could smell at times. But the outside pools and area and location to the beach fantastic.

    We booked a return visit to this hotel as it is where we met 20 years ago. On arrival the Receptionist gave us the bare minimum of information, she omitted to tell us that we had to pay a €10 returnable deposit for the safe key and she didn’t tell us the sunbeds on the beach were free to use and Reception could give us towels. There was no warm welcome or mention of our anniversary although they did leave a bottle of wine in the room and a bowl of fruit. Housekeeping didn’t give us clean glasses or cups at any point after first use. The air conditioning didn’t work. There was a broken exposed wire above the balcony door so I assume the system thought the door was open. Morning and night we had to ask Reception to over ride the system and turn it on. The third time I asked, the Receptionist asked if we really needed it on? It was 35 degrees! The bathroom constantly smelt of sewage and the shower tray was grubby. The cleaner on two occasions left our patio window and mosquito screen open which as we were on the first floor wasn’t very good from a security point of view and it also meant the room was sweltering when we returned from a day out. One day the cleaner took our one and only loo roll, when we complained, the following day she left 4?! The buffet food was just ok but never hot, it was always luke warm which was a worry in the excessive heat. The staff on Reception and the Restaurant were unfriendly and unhelpful. Most of the Restaurant staff were totally miserable. The man in the on site shop, the men in the bar and the entertainment man could give them a lesson in customer service.
