    Sea view lovely , room dated , bathroom, drain issue overflowing onto floor when showering , mold around screen , broken cracked tiles , no seal on bottom of shower screen added to water issue all over the floor slipped over on more then one occasion ,reception had someone look but not resolved. Bottom of bath was painted to make it look brighter, when showering flakes of white paint over our feet , mentioned to reception, I honestly think the receptionist found it amusing. Gave up in the end as it was starting to spoil our holiday , and the issues were not resolved, we didn’t want to move rooms and frankly we shouldn’t have to the money we paid

    Hotel was unreal, we was provided an amazing upgrade. The hotel staff were really friendly and accommodating. We was luckily enough to be upgraded and had an amazing experience.

    The views were spectacular. Restaurants were very good. Highlight was the Greek night. Staff were great. We plan to return.

    The accommodation was poor before I complained, I have a back injury and lots of steps are a struggle, however my first room was 4 floors up, even when the hotel know about my requests, however when I complained I was moved to a better location, I had to request a table and chair so that I could eat and work in my room. I have been to the hotel 2 times before last year and the hotel used to be a Tui blue resort, unfortunately that stopped last year and while the hotel is quiet and adults only, I would not say that it is a 5 star hotel now, lots of things have changed, everything seems cheap, including mini bar, food, drinks, even down to the toilet paper. Very disappointing.
