    The whole experience was just a bit mediocre, the sun loungers were mostly dirty and frayed, the food was mediocre but the staff were all lovely! Activities and entertainment was not clearly advertised asides from paid ones.

    The pool area wasn't cleaned for a week. The same sweet wrapper was at the poolside for 6 days we were there. Not a standard we are used to

    The hotel rooms were very dated. Air conditioning was weak, sofa bed was torn / tatty / creaky, lock on the door was temperamental. The hotel catered mainly to Spanish and Portuguese. Some staff could speak English but most couldn't. All evening entertainment was in Spanish, kids didn't have a clue what was going on. All inclusive but you have to pay extra for a bed on the beach (that's owned by the hotel). Strange 2 drink limit at the bar which is apparently to reduce queues, but doesn't really make sense as it just means more people have to queue?? Sun loungers are absolutely crammed in as well, barely enough room to walk through them. The food was good and the energy of the animation team by the pool was great. Reception staff were friendly and special shout out to Laura on reception who was lovely. I wouldn't return ultimately. Better value elsewhere

    Great pools, amazing location and beach, nice areas to sit and relax in the shade, plenty of food available. It would be good to have more vegan food options available and it was a bit disappointing that the Mexican restaurant only opened 3 nights of the week, none of which we were there for.
