Nice and basic but prefect for the price we paid

Hotel średni jeśli chodzi o czystość i dbanie o teren swój. Ale jedzenie znakomite. Pizza najlepsza. Pół również średnio posprzątany na przyjazd , zatkane krany i prysznice , ale mnie to nie przeszkadzało , gdyż przyjechałam zwiedzać a nie siedzieć w pokoju. Hotel starszy , dla nie wymagających , basen także średnio zadbany , woda czasem mętna i zdarte dno, ale mimo to użytkowaliśmy i świetnie się bawiliśmy. Animacje - super.

Bardzo przyjemne wakacje

My recent stay at the Evita Resort Hotel in Rhodes. Based on my experience, I do not believe this hotel meets the standard expected of a four-star property. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and general condition of both my room and the resort were well below the standard I expected. My balcony was filthy and was not cleaned or swept during my stay. The floors in my room were also not particularly clean, and the shower was in poor condition and clearly needed a thorough clean. There were also significant cleanliness issues throughout the resort. Cat and peacock faeces were regularly visible around the resort and pool areas, which I found extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. The bar and snack area were also disappointing. Tables were not cleaned properly, and the floors were extremely dirty. There were several broken chairs in the bar and snack bar areas, including plastic seats that were damaged and unsafe. Unfortunately, I hurt myself on one of the broken chairs. The chairs in the snack bar were also broken and appeared not to have been repaired or replaced. Overall, I was very disappointed with the condition and cleanliness of the hotel. In my opinion, the Evita Resort does not meet the standard I would associate with a four-star hotel, and I believe these issues need to be addressed urgently. I would appreciate it if you could investigate my concerns and provide me with a response regarding the standards being maintained at this property.
