    Entertainment was very poor. Staff were distant. Food selection was limited. On one day no beer available: draught or bottle.

    The cleanliness and size of room was excellent. However, having stayed at the hotel last year we noticed that the standard of service fell short of what is expected of a four star and significantly poorer than last year. The restaurant and bar were extremely short staffed. The food presentation was satisfactory but did not have the wow factor of last year. The pool side and garden areas were not cleared of rubbish from the night before. It’s a shame, as it’s still a nice hotel but there was a general atmosphere from guests of dissapointment which filtered through. Many guests that had stayed regularly over the years were angry at staff and complaints were common. This as you can imagine spoilt the holiday some what. I would go back but perhaps not next year.

    A lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good and plenty of it. Disappointed they ran out of draught beer for the last two days of the holiday but that didn’t spoil our stay. The tv signal could be better, especially during World Cup games.

    Food choices not as good as previous visits and repeated same every week not every two weeks as previously hotel has lost a lot of good trained staff and seem to be short on staff and experience

    THE HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AS WAS OUR BEDROOM AND ACCOMMODATION GENERALLY WAS IN EVERY WAY SATISFACTORY.
