    Recommended

    It was a lovely hotel but I didn't find the entertainment was up to much it was a lot for kids but there was a lot of football going on and not everyone like football

    Asked for a lower floor room, when arrived room was at top of a very steep hill myself and my husband had trouble getting up it was out of breath had to stop four times to get to top. When at room it was a cramped room with no where to put clothes a tiny half wardrobe no drawers felt very closed in. Asked reception to move rooms said to comeback next day. I couldn’t possibly stay one night in that room. I then rang tui in Londen as there was no reps anywhere, they rang hotel and tried to sort it,but kept getting told to comeback tomorrow, then Tui rep rang and said they had sorted it and to go back to reception when I got there they said rep was lying and they never said that. By this time I was losing it boiling hot and had to get back up hill where I had left my husband, started to look for flights home asked Tui if we could change hotels and they said we were breaching our contract. In the end my daughter said ask if we could upgrade rooms and that is what we did for an extra £400 pounds that room was on the magnum side and it was a much better room, if I had seen that first room on internet I would definitely not booked to stay there, after that our stay was very good cannot fault staff all friendly. Hotel is very busy would not class as 4 star

    When we arrived the young man at reception was rude not helpful we had to find our room which was a hike up and down roads up and down steps no help all restaurants shut at 2100 and was 2130 was very hungry and tired no wardrobe in room no clothes space at all
