Dangerous step in the bathroom. Hot breakfast food was not hot. Otherwise, breakfast excellent

Total inability of the staff from reception, to the restaurant staff to the chef to understand gluten free food requirements. Plus the fact that for our entire stay at the hotel, we had the same limited menu, with virtually no options for my wife. Very disappointing for my wife and made the holiday very difficult for her to enjoy. We booked this holiday with Tui because we had previously been very pleased with the holidays you provided - certainly not so on this occasion and very doubtful if we will use Tui again or recommend Tui to others.

Small friendly hotel. Excellent breakfast and away from the hustle and bustle of Stresa. Excellent location for visiting the islands.

Room and service very good, except that the water supply was reduced to a trickle, when too many people were using it. Breakfast was very good. Evening meal poor. We paid for B&B plus evening meal, but only had one evening meal because it was so poor. Waste of money, as we still had to pay more for the 2 drinks we'd had! On 2 nights the evening meal was not available in the Flora Hotel, but in a 5 star hotel further down a busy main road with no pavement, so we didn't go there either.

Clean accommodation in Room 302. Room overlooked the road. The memory foam mattress on the bed was very comfortable. Shutters to keep out the light were welcome. The room was spacious.
