Great hotel, comfy, clean and great staff.

The hotel was perfect in a lovely location just a short walk to the beach we had a fridge iron and ironing board toothpaste , body cream , tooth brushes ,dressing gown and even slippers ! The bed was a super king and very comfy air condition worked a treat and a lovely big ceiling fan

frequent ly the hotel held large scale company conferences resulting in overcrowding and unbearable noise from large numbers of attendees or on one occasion an elaborate wedding meaning the pool was unavailable and we had to move to another .holiday guests certainly paid second choice to these groups in terms of food .These events inc a large armed services group completely took over the hotel for 4 days . this must have been known well in advanced and i feel that Tui should mark these dates a unavailable to overseas guests .in total 9 days of our 21 were severely disrupted by large numbers and noise round the pool .A disappointing outcome for a relatively expensive holiday. After over 20 years of using tui multi times each year we were not pleased with this experience and would hope for some compensation for our lost days
