Broken tv that was reported, key wouldn’t turn in lock which left us without a key all day. Extremely poor wifi in rooms. Power cut and no entertainment at all. Food like warm and extremely repetitive

Very well run family hotel, with very attentive, friendly staff.

Hotel room was not cleaned. Bed linen is supposed to be changed every 3 days. It was not changed all week. I had to chase for clean towels which were supposed to be changed every 2 days, but were only changed once during the week we stayed. When I chased for the towels to be changed, we did not receive any. We also had to make our own beds each day, which we did not expect for a 4 star hotel. TUI says the bar snacks are all inclusive, they are not, these had to be paid for. The hotel has 84 rooms plus suits, apartments and villas. The hotel has 42 sunbeds around the pool. Staff did nothing to enforce people placing towels on beds early in the morning and/or going on excursions. Staff said there was nothing they could do about it!

No entertainment, nothing for children to do, rooms clean but in poor renovated condition. Same food day in day out, not actually an all inclusive, drinks watered down. Not allowed fresh juice other than breakfast. Not allowed butter accept breakfast. This hotel definitely doesn't deserve the stars it has and a review of the hotel will be going on TripAdvisor also.

Not enough sunbeds, nothing to keep people entertained (in the 10 days we were there we had 1 night of Greek dancing) the food wasn't too bad,there was a couple of restaurants nearby which wasn't too expensive But overall it was a nice place to visit.
