Standard hotel room facilities, nothing special. My main negative comments are about the housekeeping. Cleaning seems to be limited to making the beds and changing the towels. The tea and coffee tray is not restocked, and the room is not vacuumed.

Lovely hotel

While the hotel benefits from a lovely seafront location and mostly friendly staff, the stay was severely compromised by poor maintenance, questionable hotel policies, and lack of enforcement around advertised adult-only standards. Room Quality & Comfort Positives: The air conditioning worked brilliantly, and the mini-fridge was surprisingly effective at keeping drinks cold. Condition & Maintenance: The room felt extremely tired and poorly maintained. Specific issues included peeling laminate flooring, peeling ceiling paint, a loose toilet roll holder secured by only a single screw, and a broken sliding door lock. Beds: The mattresses were rock hard and slid around freely on the smooth laminate flooring throughout the night. Facilities & Hotel Layout Lifts: Two lifts were out of service for most of the week, leading to long, frustrating waits in a 12-floor building. Sea Access: The access steps directly into the sea broke off and remained unusable. Bar Availability: During the day, the only open bar was down at the pool level (the bottom of the property), with no option to get a drink in the main reception bar. Adults-Only Status: Despite being booked as an adults-only hotel, there was a screaming baby in the lobby on one occasion and local children using the pool area over the weekend. Service, Food & Information Check-In & Arrival: Arriving after midnight following a 5-hour flight delay, it was disappointing to find zero food options or light snacks made available for late-arriving guests. Information & Fees: Hotel information was virtually non-existent. There was no room directory explaining towel hire or the safe rental process—I initially thought the safe was broken until asking at reception. Charging guests a daily fee to use an in-room safe feels like unnecessary money-grabbing (a key deposit is fair, but a usage fee is not). Operating hours were provided only on a small printout. Staff: Main hotel staff were general helpful and pleasant. However, the weekend pool bar staff were uncooperative—refusing to serve water with ice from the machine and directing my partner to a self-serve dispenser, despite having provided iced water from the machine just 30 minutes earlier. Food: Hit and miss. While overall acceptable and featuring occasional standout dishes (the paella was excellent), the selection was often an eccentric mix of items that didn't quite assemble into a complete meal. Location The hotel’s position right on the beach and sea is stunning. However, potential guests should note that the surrounding area is very quiet with minimal activity, restaurants, or shops nearby if you want to step off-site.

Only one entertainment venue - right next door to our bedroom!!! Couldn’t change rooms because fully booked!! Only one pool bar open for whole complex leading to ridiculously long queues. Tea and coffee only available at breakfast except for pool bar, extending queues further. The machines in the restaurant are switched off after breakfast - could easily be left on to have tea/coffee after lunch/dinner. Room maintenance - tea/coffee/sugar not topped up. Bath mat not replaced one day so had to use beach towel to avoid slipping on bathroom floor. Took towel to reception to exchange for clean towel “ONE EURO TO CHANGE “ was reply, no please etc. Already paid deposit for towels on arrival never had to any other all inclusive resort and could exchange towels EACH DAY with tokens ( which this hotel makes you do for plastic glasses!!!) Booked taxi at reception, as told to, waited two hours only to be told taxi had been cancelled - reception blamed taxi and taxi blamed reception. Everyone had similar stories. People in other rooms complained of - ant infestations. - having to return to rooms by 3pm before water pressure reduced to zero meaning no hair wash. - queues at bar

There was mould in the air-conditioning system and bathroom. My partner has severe asthma so, we requested a maintenance technician or a room change. We got neither. The food was also mouldy, had hairs on the plates and was generally very tasteless. The staff were also incredibly rude.
