This is the 5th time I've stayed at Globales Mimosa & the same problems are still outstanding. The lifts are not good enough & people are queued waiting for them on each floor anytime during the day! Also, the aircon in the rooms is diabolical. We actually woke up one night in a pool of sweat as the aircon was belting out warm air. We then slept on the balcony as it was much cooler than the room, this is not good enough in 4* accommodation. I definitely will not be going back there now. On a lighter note, all the staff, food, bar were excellent.

We had to pay extra to use the hotel as check in was much later after we arrived. Even after paying extra the rooms were not ready when the hotel said they would be. With a special needs child and a toddler we were put on floor 8 out of 9. Out of the three lifts, usually only one was working. We had no water for three hours on one day. Level 6 was infested with cockroaches and we saw cockroaches in the dining room. There is a token policy in place for drinks, 2 per person, yet my 3 year old can't get his own drinks so had to keep returning. The air con wasn't working in two of our rooms. The showers jumped from freezing cold to boiling hot and half the shower head came on. No lunch was provided for day trips which has been the case before. There were no baby changing facilities and i don't recall seeing a disabled toilet either. There were cockroaches in the pool filters daily, ants by the sunbeds and lots of hair in the pool. The food was repetitive at the snack bar, breakfast didn't really change. There was a different type of food each night, but nothing consistent for those who struggle with food apart from pizza and pasta. I didn't see kids club even though it was advertised.
