Food was not good and cold. No covers to keep in heat or keep out flies. Microwave exploded and even though i told them twice, they did not remove the surrounding food or stop people eating it. After 15 mins a chef did change one or two trays but left a lot of other things including bowls of sauces. These could have easily had shards of glass or metal. I told the hotel manager ( who was absolutely lovely the whole time we were there) about it. He took it very seriously, said he hadn't heard about it ( or the little girl who had obviously been hit in the face). I saw him speaking to the restaurant manager. Restaurant manager not pleasant. He would walk around watching his staff and customers, never helping anyone. After the hotel manager left he came over and ' thanked' me for the complaint about the microwave. I said I wasn't complaining just concerned that all the food had not been thrown. He was very polite, but in not a nice way. He was nothing like the hotel manager who did everything he could to put our other concerns right.

The accommodation was clean and as described. However, there was a young girl aged 12 sensually assaulted by one of the entertainment team while we were there.

See earlier notes, terrible standard of accommodation, not as described. We feel we were mis-led with the accommodation

The hotel was nice, rooms were clean and the housekeepers were extremely good, even left flower petals in the rooms. However, the downside to the rooms were that the housekeeping team didn't always clean the rooms and we would wait until sometimes 5pm for our rooms to be cleaned, and they were very stingy about towels and toilet roll, you'd have to show them that you've run out of toilet roll to get some more. The food at the hotel was OK, there was something for everyone whether it be pizza, bread, salad or hot food. However, for thoes that have a vegetarian diet, they simply do not have enough choices and where there are choices, people mix the serving spoons from the meat side into the veg food, therefore my mother survived eating bread and salad all week. I would recommend they have a separate vegetarian section which is monitored by a team member. Some holiday makers act like they've never seen food before, which isn't the hotels fault but my god, there were times when you'd have to wait 15 minutes or so for food to get restocked! Now the drinks... Bar staff were nice but there were some that were quiet arrogant and ignorant, serving their own cultured people before us. The restaurant food is soo much better than the food in the hotel, it's opens at 9pm so by the time you've finished your meal it's gone 11pm, but I don't have a bad thing to say about the restaurant, aside from if you get their fruit for pudding, expect the biggest fruit platter ever. The activities in the daytime were okay, they had things such as darts and volleyball, and the entertainment team did talk to everyone. Was I impressed with the activities during the day... Absolutely not, but then I guess it's about what you're looking for. Personally I would have like to have had some activities in the pool, some crafting activities etc take place. Entertainment in the evening was lovely for kids and some evenings great for adults such as fire shows and magic shows, but there were a few elements of it being quiet cheesy with the karaoke. Our check in process was probably the worst, whilst we got there early and were asked to wait until check in time which is understandable, after 2pm when you can check in rooms were not ready, eventually we got one room, and then after 3.30pm the other two were ready. This started our holiday off in a bit of a ********** way. Snacks are not served throughout the day but only between 4-6pm, and is a very limited choice. Overall, the hotel is okay, but I wouldn't go back as my experience wasn't the best of an all inclusive hotel. It was also extremely important for the hotel management team to know we would leave a positive review with TUI, I'm guessing as it's the first time that they've used TUI and were asked about 4 times to ensure we do!

As described in reviews, it is a 4 star hotel and the rooms are basic but clean. We did experience a significant water leak on the final night due to a faulty air conditioner. Good quality mattress and pillows. Good housekeeping. Responsive reception when we lost power.
