Absolutely fantastic hotel with first class staff. You are made to feel incredibly welcome from the moment you step through the front door. Staff are attentive without being intrusive. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is excellent - so much choice for everyone and a huge selection for each meal. The entertainment team are the best I have ever experienced. Constantly striving to keep everyone entertained especially the children. The entertainment team never stop and care deeply about keeping their guests happy all of the time. The management are always on site and always available to answer any queries or deal with any issues that may arise. The management are friendly and approachable and are constantly ensuring all of their guests are enjoying themselves and happy. All of the staff from the bar staff to the restaurant staff, pool attendants, cleaners, photographer, EVERYONE works so very hard and always with a smile. The area is great for trips and shopping and meals and drinks in the restaurants. This hotel really deserves credit for their outstanding work ethics and attention to detail for every single guest. Well done Grand Cettia and thankyou!

Could fault the hotel, it was spotless. I just found it far back from the main beach

“Pełen komfort, świetna atmosfera i udany wypoczynek”
