    The hotel location for views was exceptional. Courtesy bus was a boon as it’s too far and dangerous to walk into Sorrento centre. The drinks in hotel are horrendously highly priced. The reception staff cool and not very friendly. Maid service was good at room cleaning but poor for replenishment of toilet rolls and soap in shower we had to ask for more. However the waiting on staff in the dining room were excellent 👍 friendly, efficient and professional a credit to the hotel.

    A more old fashioned hotel. Loved eating breakfast and dinner on the terrace overlooking the bay and Versuvious. We would have liked to have been on a higher floor(although it's difficult to define as floors start with 1 at the top and 4 at the bottom). Curtesy bus was good although would have liked a later bus than 1050 from Sorrento. Staff were fantastic a d very accommodating.

    To have dinner there was a charge up front of 5 euros each even though we were in the hotel, we didn’t know about this! Also happened at the pool lunch venue, this was 3 euros each. The hotel overall was a very beautiful and clean hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, views were spectacular.

    Overall the hotel was very good. Cleaning of room was fairly good, however, glasses were sometimes left and ringmarks from wine bottles were not wiped.
