The Grand Hotel Rivera was amazing. Beautiful pool and room with a view of The Bay of Naples. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The bar staff remembered your daily tipple/coffee which was a nice touch. Only 10 minutes walk from the hotel to Sorrento centre to lots of restaurants. Visited Ischia one day and another TUI trip to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello which we highly recommend. Overall a week at this hotel was pure bliss and we will be back one day

Excellent however classic rooms are very small, especially the bathroom

Poor view from the room initially had to ask to move so we did not look out onto a brick wall all week

If I could give it a triple thumbs up , I would. Immaculately clean. Superb service from all of the staff. A really enjoyable experience.
