Unfortunately, this holiday did not meet our expectations and we will not be returning. The first issue was the flight with TUI. The leg room was extremely limited and, as someone who is 6ft tall and weighs 18 stone, I found the journey very uncomfortable. The transfer arrangements were also poor, with a considerable amount of waiting around before we were finally taken to the hotel. Prior to arrival, we specifically requested a low-floor room due to personal preference and convenience. Despite this request, we were allocated a very small room on one of the upper floors. The air conditioning unit was positioned directly above the headboard, meaning cold air was blowing onto us throughout the night, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The hotel itself is beginning to look tired and in need of refurbishment. While it was generally clean, there were clear signs of wear and tear throughout the property. The bathroom was particularly disappointing. The shower cubicle was extremely small and felt completely unsuitable for larger guests. As someone of my size, using the shower was very uncomfortable and there was little room to move. The food was another major disappointment. There was very little variety throughout our stay, with many of the same dishes being served day after day. While the quality was acceptable, the repetitive menus quickly became boring and lacked the choice you would expect from a hotel catering to guests staying for one or two weeks. One of the few positives was the hotel staff. They were friendly, polite, hardworking and always willing to help. They are a credit to the hotel and deserve recognition for the service they provide. The biggest frustration around the hotel was the sunbed situation. Guests were reserving poolside beds by placing towels on them in the early hours of the morning, sometimes as early as 1:00am, before leaving the hotel for excursions and not returning until the afternoon. This meant many sunbeds remained unused for hours while other guests struggled to find somewhere to sit. The hotel urgently needs to enforce a sunbed policy to prevent this behaviour and make the facilities fair for everyone. Overall, while the staff were excellent, the uncomfortable flight, poor room allocation, tired appearance of the hotel, inadequate bathroom facilities, repetitive food and ongoing sunbed issues resulted in a disappointing experience. Regrettably, we would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it based on our experience.

Hotel room was clean but very noisy guests. Food was varied but was only ever warm never got so by the time you got to eat it, it was practically cold. This was at every meal except soup or omelette. Thete were chips available for breakfast which is appalling and none of the staff were exactly friendly in the restaurant.

Was only at ideal premium marmaris for a week, the food was great but if we’d been there longer I would expect it to be very similar as the first week. The hotel staff were great absolutely no complaints, room cleaned daily and very polite. Lived the area as I had my two girls with me and there friend, they’d take themselves off down the front to the bars. Great holiday all round apart from the long delay at Gatwick. I work at the airport so was checking on my phone airport app, we lost a night in Turkey! We arrived about 630/7 am local Turkey time… not a pleasant experience.

The room was small and the lifts were really small and slow. The food was not very good and we struggled To find a decent evening meal. A lot food repeated and not much information on what it was. The drinks were served in smaller paper cups and the sunbeds were reserved the night before which was less than ideal.
